Aviva Amino LLC (“Aviva”) maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for any use of its research peptides outside of legitimate scientific research. All products sold by Aviva Amino LLC are intended exclusively for in vitro research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Zero Tolerance Policy as well as Aviva Amino LLC’s Terms and Conditions of Use. These policies comply fully with applicable laws. Any violation will result in immediate refusal of service and potential termination of all future interactions.
By purchasing and/or receiving products from Aviva Amino LLC, you expressly agree to the following:
Research Use Only — All products are sold solely for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human consumption, injection, ingestion, therapeutic use, diagnostic purposes, medical treatment, food additives, veterinary applications, or any non-research-related activities. Any introduction into a living organism (human or animal) is strictly prohibited and constitutes misuse.
Assumption of Risk — You acknowledge that these research chemicals may be hazardous if mishandled. It is your sole responsibility to use them in compliance with all applicable safety regulations, legal requirements, and best laboratory practices.
Prohibited Uses — You confirm that the products will not be used for recreational, cosmetic, performance-enhancing, medical, pharmaceutical, dietary, or any other non-legitimate scientific research purposes.
Release and Waiver of Liability — You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aviva Amino LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the misuse, mishandling, or inappropriate use of our products.
No Human-Use Guidance — Aviva Amino LLC, its employees, and agents will never provide advice, instructions, or information—explicit or implied—regarding the use of these products in humans or animals. Any inquiry suggesting intent for human or non-research use will receive only a refusal of service response.
Qualified Researchers Only — By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or institution conducting legitimate agricultural, laboratory, or scientific research. Products are not sold to individuals for personal or non-professional use.
Refusal of Service — Any communication, order, or indication of intent to misuse products (including but not limited to suggestions of human consumption or non-research applications) will result in immediate refusal of service. Aviva Amino LLC enforces this Zero Tolerance Policy without exception.
Not Drugs or Pharmaceuticals — These products are not classified as drugs, medications, pharmaceutical preparations, biologics, or dietary supplements under United States law or any other jurisdiction. Any attempt to market, label, or use them as such will result in immediate termination of service.
This policy is non-negotiable and designed to ensure full legal compliance. Aviva Amino LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
